Payrolling
The solution for flexible deployment of personnel. If you, as an entrepreneur, want to hire personnel without too much risk, (switching to) payrolling is a good alternative. From a legal point of view, the personnel will be employed by Blue Services and Interflex, but you will retain control over your personnel.
Payrolling is very simple. You recruit and select your personnel yourself and we Bleu, Interflex takes over these employees, as it were, and then makes them available to you again.
